Jessie Liang is a London-based Creative Technologist and Designer from San Francisco. As a multidisciplinary designer, her clients range from Grammy winning artists, global brands and industry leaders, to independent events, exhibitions, and artists. She enjoys creating work that allows for playful human interaction and connection.
Currently working as a Creative Technologist at WPP, she combines her art and design background with the latest technology to create innovative new experiences. She enjoys researching how design, creativity, and technology play a role in our rapidly changing world and how they can be used to create a positive impact. Her recent self-directed project takes this research into account by creating creative tools that aim to invoke curious play and human interactions.
Her educational background is from University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins where she received a first class honours in BA(Hons) Graphic Communication Design; Experience and Environment. She previously attended San Francisco Ruth Asawa School of the Arts and received Fine Art training for four years.
Outside of design, she has always cycled through different hobbies, eager to gain new experiences. Currently in her spare time she enjoys pole dancing, attending music events with friends, and exploring London. When in San Francisco, she enjoys going on road trips and appreciating the nature California has to offer.
