In collaboration with the Alan Turing Institute, I created a game to enhance the “A is for algorithm” social media campaign promoting their online UKAI exhibition. The campaign consists of tweeting one data science and AI glossary word a day. I chose to elaborate on “U for uncanny valley.”

The institute’s goals are to engage the audience more with the complex and often scary terms that revolve around data science and AI. The term uncanny valley may be linked to negative feelings or fears people have around robots. I wanted to find a way to point out the fact that robots are just designed by humans. This way, if one sees a robot that looks creepy to them, they can remember that a human made and designed it just like the game.
I also chose to add some light-hearted and fun details in the background.
